The company is also involved in the business of Retail and Realty via their wholly-owned subsidiary enterprises.
Alok Industries Limited aims at broadening its merchandise station to satisfy the growing requirements of the textile market and is enthusiastic about expanding its horizons in its product lines. Their network consists of more than 200 outlets across England, Scotland and Wales to address all its customer needs. Alok has also invested in premium projects across Mumbai, Maharashtra, through its subsidiaries.

MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
In 1995, Alok industries limited Set up economic and technical amalgamation with Grabal, Albert Grabher GmbH & Co of Austria with the name Grabal Alok Impex Ltd.
It acquired U.K based retail store chain, Store Twenty one, formerly known as qs.
In 2008, the company entered into a joint venture with National Textile Corporation.
In 2012, the textile company took over Grabal Alok Impex Limites (GAIL).

MILESTONES
2007 - launched Domestic retail brand H&A and introduced Organic cotton contract farming in their business. In 2003 they entered into House Textile Segment to expand their business.
In 2011, the leading company commenced Polyester production from 600 tons/day to 1400 tons/day.
During the year 2015, they received a quality certification ISO(9001), followed by another quality certification ISO(14001). They acquired quality certification 14000 in the fiscal year 2004.

The company welcomed the greatest number of honours for 2012-2013 conferred by the TEXPROCIL.
Alok industries received outOUTSTANDING EXPORTER OF THE YEAR at the International Trade Awards.
THE MINISTRY OF TEXTILES, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA, recognised the efforts of team Alok industries and awarded them for the same in the year 2013-14.
They received a SILVER Trophy for the Second Highest Global Exports and a GOLD Trophy for the Highest Exports of Other Fabrics, including Embroidered Fabrics.
