Revenue has increased YoY marginally by 3% due to an increase in the prices of the cement as YoY volumes have decreased. But on a QoQ basis, it has increased by 13% due to the volumes sold QoQ has increased by 9%.
The revenue from operations has grown by 28.72%, but the operating margin has reduced marginally. The REIT has achieved 283,000 Sq.ft. of new leasing and 50,000 Sq.ft. of renewals in the quarter and another 75,000 Sq.ft. of Letter of Interests are under discussion.
