It is a leading manufacturer of high quality 100% cotton yarn manufacturer in India for hosiery/weaving industries. It operates in the highly competitive domestic and international market as suppliers of 100% Combed Auto leveled and Auto Coned Contamination controlled Siro cleared hosiery/woven cotton yarn for the high tech knitting/weaving industry. Maxwell Industries Ltd. is promoted by eminent men of vision and foresight. At the helm of the affairs are Jaykumar Pathare as Chairman and L. Jaipal Reddy as Managing Director, who have vast experience of over 35 years in this field.
The company is a part of the successful VIP Group, a leading supplier of world-class undergarments, with a total group turnover of $ 75 million. The unit started functioning in 1995 at the picturesque location of Kollappalur, 85 km from Coimbatore in the Southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu.

It has a state-of-the-art spinning mill situated on a total area of over 12 acres, at Kollappalur, 85 km from Coimbatore, in the southern Indian state of Tamil Nadu .The mill has excellent infrastructure to meet the ever-growing needs of customers. The mill is well-equipped to produce the best quality hosiery yarn. The mill has an installed capacity of 26,208 Ring Spindles and is equipped with Blow Room with POLYSENSOR Contamination cleaner with Chute feed, Auto leveling both at Cards and Draw frames, Combers, Speed frames & Ring frames supplied by LMW, India, the world's third largest Textile Machinery Manufacturer. The mill also has auto coners from 'MURATA', Japan with USTER QUANTUM SIRO (CONTAMINATION) Electronic yarn clearers to ensure hosiery/weaving yarn of the best kind. Our production capacity for 40s Combed Warp/Hosiery yarn is 280 Tonnes per month.
In addition to the machinery and factory of international levels, the company has an excellent testing laboratory and training center which aid the manufacturing process. The mill exports 60% production of our total capacity in countries like Europe, USA, Korea, Egypt, Hong Kong, etc.

The range is from NE 30s to 60s suitable for application on high speed knitting/ weaving machines. It manufactures Combed Hosiery Cotton Yarn in counts 24's, 30's, 34's,36s, 40s,50s & 60s and 40’s and 60's Weaving counts.
