Inventure Growth & Securities is a first generation financial intermediary and flagship company of the Inventure Group. It is a professionally managed company led by Nagji K Rita who is the founder member and through his managerial acumen and cumulative experience of 20 years in the financial markets has steered the growth of the company. Inventure Growth & Securities was incorporated as a public limited company on June 22, 1995. It has grown from being a SEBI registered broker with BSE membership into a full service brokerage house providing services in the financial services sector.
The company offers a host of services under one roof providing comprehensive advisory services that are well diversified from trading services in equity cash and derivatives market, debt market, commodities and currency futures segment to financing activity, wealth management and distribution of financial products. It has membership in the cash and derivative segments of both BSE and NSE, currency futures market segment of BSE, NSE and MCX-SX and wholesale debt market of BSE. It is also a member of OTCEI. Inventure Growth & Securities is also a commodity trading member of MCX, NCDEX, NMCE and NSEL. The company is also registered as a DP with CDSL.
The company recently applied to SEBI for a PMS license, NSE for a trading member of Wholesale Debt Market and to IRDA for direct insurance broker license. Its services are targeted at institutional clients, high net worth individuals and retail investors. It uses a knowledge-based approach together with personalized services to meet the clients’ needs in line with their investment objective. Inventure Growth & Securities' clientele includes institutional clients, high net worth individuals and retail investors numbering 31,197 across the country. It could withstand the volatile market conditions based on this diversified base of customers and the speed and accuracy of its employees.
Inventure Growth & Securities' current workforce consists of 289 employees including staff at the branches and of its subsidiaries. The company is headquartered at Mumbai and operates through 224 business locations including branches, franchisees and sub-brokers located across 14 cities and towns. Its business locations also includes intermediaries or 'Business Associates', who deliver a standard quality of service offering on the basis of a pre-determined revenue sharing ratio for the business generated through them.

Inventure Insurance Broking - Inventure Insurance Broking (IIBPL) was incorporated on January 8, 2008. IIBPL has been incorporated with the main object of acting as brokers, agents and / or managers for any insurance company or any individual underwriters in connection with or his insurance or underwriting business.
Inventure Wealth Management - Inventure Wealth Management (IWML) was originally incorporated as Inventure Comtrade Limited on June 12, 2008. IWML has been incorporated with the main object of providing wealth management services to individuals, firms, associations, institutions and bodies corporate and to pass on the benefits of such investments as interest, dividend, bonus, etc and to provide a complete range of financial services.
Inventure Finance - Inventure Finance (IFPL) was originally incorporated as Mahajay Investments Private Limited on May 8, 1990. IFPL has been incorporated with the main object of managing investment and to act as brokers, merchant bankers, commission agents, managers and advisers to the issue and to make investments to movable and immovable properties.
Inventure Commodities - Inventure Commodities (ICL) was originally incorporated as Inventure Shares & Securities Limited on November 15, 1995. ICL has been incorporated with the main object of trading in agricultural products commodities and securities in spot markets and in futures and all kinds of derivatives.

Registration as a trading member of BSE in the currency derivative segment. Registration as a trading member of MCX Stock Exchange in the currency derivative segment. Registration as a clearing member of MCX Stock Exchange in currency derivative segment. Registration as a trading member & clearing member of National Stock Exchange of India in the currency derivative segment. Acquired ICL.
2009 - Registration as a clearing member in National Stock Exchange of India. Registration as a trading member in Bombay Stock Exchange in Wholesale Debt Market segment.
2010 - Registration as a Trading Member of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. in Wholesale Debt Market Segment.
