The company was converted to Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extraordinary General Meeting of the company held on January 29, 2018 and the name of the company was changed to ‘Innovators Facade Systems Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of Company to Public Limited dated February 15, 2018 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
