MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS
India’s first listed life insurance company was formed in 1995 as a public limited company with the name ICICI Brokerage Services Limited. In 2007, the name of the company was changed to ICICI securities limited.
ICICI Securities joined hands with IIT Kanpur to support domestic manufacturing of oxygen concentrators on the large scale to support the mission bharat O2. the leading financial firm entered into a joint agreement with the Interactive Brokers LLC to provide its valuable customers to explore their investment possibilities in the US companies through an online platform.
