ACV (Annual Contract Value) has jumped 28% year-on-year in H1. TCV (Total Contract Value) has jumped 19% year-on-year.
Evolution of their leadership organization: Upgraded about 25% of the account executives around the world. Two years ago, only 1% of the Top 200 leaders across the organization, were account executives. Today 8% of them are account executives. There is a significant change in the mix of leadership toward client-facing people.
