The Company has delivered a growth of 16% YoY in revenue to Rs. 760 Cr. in Q4FY21. But sequentially it has witnessed a fall in revenue of 25.3% from Rs. 1,018 Cr. in Q3FY21.
PGHH has also reported an increase in Operating Profit by 3.2% YoY from Rs. 125 Cr. to Rs. 129 Cr. And QoQ, the same has gone down by a massive 62.3% from Rs. 342 Cr. in Q3FY21.
The operating profit of the company has gone down to 17% in the quarter ended 31st March 2021 from 19% and 33.6% in Q4FY20 and Q3FY21 respectively.
The Company has earned profit before tax of Rs. 129 Cr. a slightly more than the PBT of the same quarter in last financial year.
Further, the company earned a Net Profit of Rs. 98 Cr. in the quarter ended 31st March 2021, up by 7.7% from Q4FY20. In the previous quarter of FY21 i.e., Q3FY21, PGHH has earned a massive net profit of Rs. 251 Cr. which has now fallen by a significant 61% quarterly.

The Company has also pledged to donate Rs. 50 Cr. for 10 Lakh doses of Covid-19 which will be able to cover 5 lakh citizens in partnership with State Governments and Local Authorities.
The Board of Directors declared a special interim dividend of ₹150 on every equity share of ₹10.
