During FY22, the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited (‘Policybazaar’), received a certificate of registration to act as a direct insurance broker (life and general) under the IRDAI Regulations, 2018 on June 10, 2021, prior to which it was registered as a web aggregator.
