Q4FY21 Results

• Revenue for the company in Q4FY21 stood at Rs. 880.8 crores, registering a growth of 63% as compared to revenue of Rs. 541.3 crores in Q4FY20.
• EBITDA in Q4FY21 increased substantially by 193% to Rs. 169.8 crores as compared to Rs. 58.1 crores in Q4FY20.
• EBITDA margin for Q4FY21 was 19.3% as compared to 10.7% in Q4FY20.
• Profit before tax registered a growth of 253% as it grew from Rs. 43.2 crores in Q4FY20 to Rs. 152 crores in Q4FY21.
• Similarly, Profit after tax grew by 272% from Rs. 31 crores in Q4FY20 to Rs. 115.6 crores in Q4FY21.
• PAT margin for Q4FY21 was 13% as compared to 6% in Q4FY20.

FY21 Results

• Revenue for the company in Q4FY21 stood at Rs. 2,833 crores, declining by (-4%) from FY20 revenue of Rs. 2,945.4 crores.
• EBITDA had a small decline of (-1%) as the revenue for FY21 it at Rs. 526.6 crores as compared to Rs. 532.6 crores in FY20.
• EBITDA margin for FY21 was 18.6% as compared to 18.1% in FY20.
• Profit before tax too declined by (-2%) from Rs. 462 crores in FY20 to Rs. 453.4 crores in FY21.
• Profit after declined by (-1%) from Rs. 343.2 crores in FY20 to Rs. 340.6 crores in FY21.
• PAT margin for FY21 was 12% which is similar to FY20.

Dividend

• The Board of Directors had already declared interim dividends of Rs. 100 per share in Nov 20 and Rs. 150 per share in Feb 21 in FY21.
