Diagnostic healthcare services company Metropolis Healthcare Limited reported a 128% Y-o-Y increase in revenues to Rs. 326.76 Cr in Q1FY22 and a 2501% Y-o-Y increase in Profit after Tax to Rs. 74.92 Cr. The growth in revenues was driven by increased testing during the Covid second wave which was rampant in the country during the quarter. Covid testing contributed 19.12% to the total revenue of the company during the quarter.
