Standalone Q4FY21 results

  • Total income for Q4FY21 stood at Rs. 2,857 crores as compared to Rs. 2,864 crores in Q4FY20, a small decline of 0.2%.
  • EBITDA stood at Rs. 258 crores for Q4FY21 as compared to Rs. 388 crores in Q4FY20, a significant decline of 33%.
  • Similarly PAT declined by 32.5% to Rs. 156 crores in Q4FY21 from Rs. 231 crores in Q4FY20.

Consolidated Q4FY21 results

  • Total income for Q4FY21 stood at Rs. 2,872 crores as compared to Rs. 2,881 crores in Q4FY20, a small decline of 0.3%.
  • EBITDA stood at Rs. 261 crores for Q4FY21 as compared to Rs. 391 crores in Q4FY20, a decline of 33.2%.
  • Similarly PAT declined by 33.3% to Rs. 156 crores in Q4FY21 from Rs. 234 crores in Q4FY20.

Consolidated FY21 results

  • Total income for FY21 stood at Rs. 14,257 crores as compared to Rs. 13,177 crores in Q4FY20, registering a growth of 8%.
  • EBITDA stood at Rs. 2,021 crores for FY21 as compared to Rs. 1,732 crores in FY20, significant growth of 17%.
  • PAT increased by 25% to Rs. 1,329 crores in FY21 from Rs. 1,065 crores in FY20.

Standalone FY21 results

  • Total income for FY21 stood at Rs. 14,202 crores as compared to Rs. 13,155 crores in Q4FY20, a growth of 8%.
  • EBITDA stood at Rs. 2,001 crores for FY21 as compared to Rs. 1,726 crores in FY20, a growth of 16%.
  • PAT increased by 24% to Rs. 1,312 crores in FY21 from Rs. 1,059 crores in FY20.

 

Highlights

  • Through initiative taken by Central and State governments and good monsoon, India has registered second successive year of record production.
  • Coromandel reached to farming community by adopting digital marketing and used backward integration to improve its operational efficiencies.
  • Working capital improved with record market collections and higher subsidy receipt by the Government.
  • Phosphatic fertilizer business registered highest ever primary sales volume of 33.5 lakhs tons, a growth of 7% over pervious year. Farm level consumption, from point of sales data, increased by 18% to 37.2 lakh tons.
  • Single Super Phosphate (SSP) business continued to the leader as its sales volumes grew by 17%.
  • The Crop protection and Bio business posted sales growth of 24% during FY21, expanding in domestic formulation, domestic B2B and exports.
  • The Specialty Nutrition and Organic Fertilizer businesses grew 17% and 27% respectively and delivered a strong performance.

 

Dividend

  • Board of Directors recommended finaal dividend of Rs. 6 per share.
