Vipul Dye-Chem Ltd. is a manufacturer & exporter of dyestuffs like Napthol, Naphthol, Fast Bases, Fast Colour Bases, Fast Colour Salts, Fast Salts, Fast Black, etc.
A decade after incorporation of 'VDCL', when Vipul P.Shah an enthusiastic & able young chemical engineer together with his father P.B.Shah, pursued the same successful course with a dynamism and foresignt that pave way to incredible growth. As growth continued over the years, a clear structuralization was needed and one after another subsidiary manufacturing plants were formed.
The very first company of 'Vipul' group of companies was started in the year 1968 to manufacture Napthols, Fast colour bases, Fast colour salts & Dyes ntermediates. VDCL is a public limited company listed on Mumbai, New Delhi and Ahmedabad stock exchanges. All the compliances and requirements are met in a timely manner. VDCL has with them, experts in dyestuffs, pharmaceuticals who are constantly engaged in researches to have the best quality of the product at the most competitive price.
The company is a government recognised Export House. It exports dye intermediates to Switzerland Hong Kong West Germany USA Italy. Some of the clients are Dolder A. G. (Switzerland) Chemag A. G. (West Germany) American Fine Chemical Co. U.S.A. Peekay Chemicals Ltd. Canada and Ve. Co. Tex. S.R.L. Italy. etc.
