1999- Initiated a cable production facility in Coimbatore.

2014 and onwards, the company launched something new almost every year to present a long-term development approach for the Northern Indian market. In 2014, V-Guard Industries Ltd declared the inauguration of its third branch factory in Uttar Pradesh at Panditpur PO Jagatpur in Varanasi.
During the year 1998, they received a quality certification IS 8472, followed by another quality certification IS 694, in the year 2010, and one more IS 12615, in the year 2011.
