The company produces passenger cars, trucks, vans, coaches, buses, sports cars, construction equipment and military vehicles.
Tata Motors also produces passenger and commercial electric vehicles.
TML Drivelines Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of Tata Motors. It is engaged in the manufacturing of gearboxes and axles for heavy and medium commercial carriers.
The TATA Motors European Technical Centre is another wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. It is an automotive design, engineering, and research company.
Tata Motors acquired the South Korean truck manufacturer Daewoo Commercial Vehicles Company in 2004.
