Ritco Logistics, was originally incorporated as 'Ritco Logistics Private Limited' at Delhi as a Private Limited Company under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated August 23, 2001. Subsequently, the company was converted into Public Limited Company pursuant to a special resolution passed by members in an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 02, 2018. Consequently, the name of the company was changed to Ritco Logistics Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 21, 2018, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.

In 2017-18 Contract Logistics services contributed around 78.73% of total revenue.
