The company has been serving the textile industry for twenty-five years. It aims at broadening its merchandise station to satisfy the growing requirements of the automotive market and is enthusiastic to expand its horizons in its product lines. Its trading network is spread across eleven states of the country to create maximum value for its customers. Nitin Spinners Ltd. is also engaged in the exports business stretching all over Europe, the USA, Africa, South America and Asian countries. The company is also listed on the Bombay and National Stock Exchange list.
The company had incorporated in 1992 as a private Limited Company with the name Nitin Spinners Pvt Ltd. The company was converted into a public limited company in 1994.
The pioneer yarn manufacturer that established its first manufacturing unit in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, emerged as a leading yarn and cotton exporter across the globe.

The yarn manufacturer commenced operations in 1993 with about 400 rotors.
2002- Initiated ring Spinning and knitted fabrics production with the help of spindles.

During the fiscal year 2019-20, an integrated textile mill was established at Begun, District Chittorgarh to fulfil demands of spun, woven and finished goods.
In 2008, they received a quality certification ISO(9001), followed by Environment and Energy Management System certifications ISO 14000 and ISO 50001.
Udaipur Chamber of Commerce & Industry awarded the textile manufacturer with UCCI Excellence Award for three consecutive years, 2017, 2018 and 2019.
Nitin spinners limited bagged Texprocil Silver Plaque award for the second Highest Exports in the fiscal year 2018.
Shri Dinesh Nolkha, Managing Director of the company, was honoured with CA Business Leader – Mid Corporate – Manufacturing & Infrastructure award in 2019.
The company was awarded Rajasthan Energy Conservation Award in 2015, 2016 and 2018.
Texprocil Bronze Trophy was handed over to Nitin Spinners Limited for the third-highest export of cotton yarn for the Fiscal Year 2016.
