The company was incorporated as ‘Newgen Software Technologies Private Limited’ on June 5, 1992, as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 (Companies Act 1956), at New Delhi, with a certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, National Capital Territory of Delhi and Haryana at New Delhi (RoC).
