The company was converted in to a Public Limited Company and consequently the name was changed to ‘Naysaa Securities Limited’ vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 5, 2014 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company is headquartered at Mumbai and it operates through its registered office.
