Dhenu Buildcon Infra was incorporated as Hingir Rampur Coal Company Limited on August 21, 1909 with an object to acquire/ purchase/ take on lease any coal mines, iron mines and allied activities, to carry business activity of coal masters, iron masters, engineers, etc., to carry on business as manufacturers of chemicals and manure, to acquire or construct tramways, railways, road or other related activities, or to improve, manage, develop, lease, mortgage or otherwise deal with all or any part of the property, rights and concessions of the Company To acquire/ carry lease, purchase, hire or otherwise any immovable or movable property and to sell, let lease, under lease, give on hire purchase or otherwise dispose of or grant right over any immovable or movable property belonging to Company. To promote industrial finance by way of advance, deposit or lend money, securities and properties to or with any Company, Body corporate, firm, person or association, whether falling under same management or otherwise, with security and on such terms as may be determined from time to time and to carry on and undertake the business of finance, investment, trading, hire purchase, leasing and to finance lease operations.
The name of the Company was changed to Dhenu Buidlcon Infra Limited in year 2011. Being a Non-Banking Finance Company, Dhenu Buildcon Infra Limited is an Investment Company.
