Bajaj Healthcare was established in 1993, it serves various pharmaceuticals, nutraceutical and food industries globally with a spirit of scrupulousness. It has metamorphosed into specialty company and focused on development, manufacturing and supply of amino acid, nutritional supplements and active pharmaceutical ingredients for pharmaceutical, nutraceuticals and food industries. The company in its short life span has gained loyalty from national and international customers and its products enjoy good fame in the overseas market. It has a well-equipped plant located at Biosar, Tarapur, about 100 km from Mumbai city. It has all multiple facilities under one roof to assist all production activities to run smooth and to ensure high quality products.
In order to have large manufacturing capacities with an advanced technology and at the same time giving prime importance to quality control, it had established three more plants and has also dedicated one plant for the manufacturing of carbamazepine EP. It has separate plant for storage of raw material and finished products.
It has a well-defined quality system including quality control checks at all steps of production, periodical internal quality audit, quality review and good documentation system.
