1961- Antifriction Bearing Corporation was incorporated in collaboration with Steyr Diamler Puch AG,
1966- The company widened its product portfolio by manufacturing taper and cylindrical roller bearings.
1980- The company established a manufacturing plant for manufacturing of taper roller bearings located at Bharuch.
1981- ABC Bearings promoted a ring manufacturing company -- MIPCO -- at Bharuch.
1996-The company installed cylindrical roller bearings in collaboration with IZUMI,
1998-It entered into a technical alliance with NSK,
2002- The name of the company was rechristened as ABC Bearings
2005- The company implemented SAP ERP system in all offices. Manufacturing capacity of its Lonavala plant was expanded.
2006- The company expanded capacity of its taper and cylindrical roller bearing.
2007- ABC Bearings received ISO 14001 certification for its quality management. It formed a joint venture company with NSK of Japan to form NSK-ABC Bearings, which is located at Chennai.
