The revenue from operations showed strong growth of 32% on a YoY basis. This growth was driven driven by strong performance in Electrominerals and Ceramics segments along with additional sales of Rs.145 crores from recent overseas acquisitions.
The revenue growth was aided by strong performance in Home Care and Beauty & Personal Care segment, which grew double-digits. The company took calibrated price actions in both segments.
The jump of over 67% in the PAT can be directly attributed to the increasing volumes being consumed by the customers despite a number of supply chain restrictions in the peak season.
